Outreach
We seek to actively reach out to our surrounding community with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
We have several outreach ministries that we host or “sponsor”, and we also partner with a number of additional ministries that are actively fulfilling a specific need within the community. Below you will find all of the ministries that we support as a church. We hope that you will be encouraged to partner with us as we serve our neighbors with mercy needs and with the love of Jesus.
English as a Second Language (ESL)
We praise God for having just completed our 17th year having ESL at Carriage Lane. During that time we’ve had over 1700 student enrollments from 46 countries! We offer 7 classes from very beginner to advanced conversation on Fridays during the academic calendar year (September - April).
Additionally, students are welcome to join in a weekly Bible Study. During the summers we have a monthly gathering of Coffee & Conversation, and the children of students are welcome to attend VBS.
For more information, visit the ESL page or contact Angie Holguin or Nancy Hertha.
Good News Club
Good News Club is an after-school club where we have an opportunity to share a Bible lesson, sing songs, memorize scripture, learn a mission story, and play games that all fit together within the theme of the lesson for the week.
Good News Club is a ministry of Child Evangelism Fellowship (CEF), that provides both training and lesson materials. We have partnered with CEF with Good News Club since 2005.

Magnolia Senior Living Center
Once a month, we join together with residents from Magnolia to worship our Lord in prayer, song, and a brief message. Join us on the 2nd Thursday of each month at 2 PM to encourage and get to know the residents.
For more information, contact Jim Grega.
Snow Cones in the Park & Park Evangelism
Snow Cones in the Park is an opportunity to serve snow cones with those in local parks while having conversations about the gospel. We provide information about Carriage Lane, literature about the gospel, and talk with others about the good news of Jesus Christ. We also frequently get to pray for those we talk with.
These activities occur on select ‘early evenings’ during warm summer months. There are opportunities to prepare and serve the snow cones and engage in conversations.
For more information, contact Jim Grega.
